About
Small agency. Big range. Thirteen years.
We’ve been doing this since the year Snapchat was new and “TikTok” was a noise a clock made. A small, distributed team across Redding, Southern California, and Las Vegas — doing campaign work for some of the largest brands in the world alongside businesses a few blocks from our front door. We grew slowly on purpose. Most of our clients have been with us longer than the average tenure at any agency you’ve heard of.
“We started this company because we couldn’t find an agency that treated small businesses like real businesses. So we built one — and most of the small businesses we started with are now not so small.“

Built in Redding, working everywhere.
Our HQ is in Redding, California — pop. 93,000, halfway between Sacramento and the Oregon border. It’s where Mt. Shasta is the office window view and where a coffee meeting still means a coffee meeting.
We chose to stay here because the cost-of-living lets us pay people fairly without having to charge Bay Area rates. The work happens everywhere — we have active clients in 14 states — but the team and the studio live in northern California.
The team is spread across Redding, Southern California, and Las Vegas. The client list runs just as wide — campaign work for some of the largest brands in the world, alongside main-street businesses a few blocks from where we started.
Five things we actually live by.
The work is the pitch.
We don’t have a sales team. The work goes out, somebody sees it, they call us. That’s the funnel. It’s slow on purpose — because it filters for the kind of clients we actually want to work with.
Tell people the truth.
If a campaign isn’t working, we say it’s not working. If a tactic is wasting your money, we’ll recommend cutting it — even when it’s revenue for us. The trust we build by being honest is worth more than the line item.
Stay small, stay good.
We’ve turned down growth that would have meant hiring people we didn’t believe in or taking clients we didn’t respect. Staying small is a deliberate ceiling, not a stop on the way to something bigger.
Hire good people, wherever they are.
We hire where good people already are — Redding, Southern California, Las Vegas — and we pay enough to keep them. The local-ness shows up in the work — there’s a difference between knowing your customer and knowing your customer’s town.
Show your work.
Reports with real numbers, not vanity dashboards. Slack channels you can scroll through. Drafts shared early, not polished and presented. If we’re not proud to let you see how the sausage is made, we shouldn’t be making the sausage.
Want to meet the team?
Visit the studio if you’re passing through. Or pick up the phone — we answer when we can, and the AI agent we built covers the rest. It’s the same kind of system we build for clients.
